Rosary Knights

Version v1 · 25 de octubre de 2026

Terms and Conditions

These terms govern the use of the Rosary Knights platform. You accept them when you enlist and when you create your account. Take your time reading them: they are short and written to be understood.

What the platform is and who runs it

The platform (caballerosdelrosario.com and its language domains) is for enlisting in Rosary Knights, finding or forming a battalion and taking part in the life of yours: notices, events and formation. It is run by Veraicon A.C., the civil association that coordinates the apostolate.

What the apostolate is

Rosary Knights is a Catholic lay apostolate: men who pray the Holy Rosary in the public squares of their city. It acts in communion with the Church without formal canonical recognition being required of it. Registration on the platform is for men only. The Ladies who promote the apostolate accompany and support it without registering.

Age

You may register if you are 18 or older. If you are 14 to 17 years old, you may enlist with your parent's or guardian's authorization; until we receive it, your account stays on hold. Children under 14 cannot register.

Accuracy of your data

You undertake to provide true information and keep it up to date. If you recommend someone as coordinator, that person must know about it. We may remove registrations with false data or of people who do not exist.

Your account

Your account is personal and non-transferable. Your password is in your care: do not share it, and let us know if you think someone else is using it. You are responsible for what is done from your account until you notify us.

Battalion portal

By entering your battalion's portal you agree that:

Conduct

As a Knight you undertake to:

Coordinators

Battalion coordinators are volunteers. By accepting the role they commit to processing members' data solely to coordinate the battalion, not to share it, and to follow the guidance of the national coordination team.

Battalions under review

A new battalion appears as “under review” until the national coordination team verifies it. In the meantime, the coordination team may contact the person who proposed it, adjust its details, merge it with a nearby one or decline to approve it.

Suspension and removal

The national coordination team may suspend or remove accounts and battalions that breach these terms or harm the apostolate. You may ask to leave at any time through our contact channels.

Intellectual property

The Rosary Knights brand, logos, texts, images and materials belong to Veraicon A.C. or their authors. You may use them to spread the apostolate following the coordination team's guidance; you may not alter them or use them for commercial purposes or for anything unrelated to the apostolate.

Availability

We do our best to keep the platform online, but we do not guarantee continuous availability. It may be interrupted for maintenance, provider failures or causes beyond our control.

Limitation of liability

The platform is an organizing tool. To the extent permitted by law, Veraicon A.C. is not liable for indirect damages arising from its use, for errors in information entered by other users, or for what happens at meetings between members. Each Knight takes part in public Rosaries at his own responsibility.

Communications

We will send you notices about your enlistment and your account by WhatsApp or email. You will receive notices about calls to prayer and campaigns only if you agree to them, and you can unsubscribe whenever you wish. Your data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Notice.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will publish the new version on this page with its date and, if the change is significant, we will let you know. Continuing to use the platform after the change means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For any dispute you submit to the competent courts of San Pedro Garza García, Nuevo León, Mexico, waiving any other jurisdiction to which you might be entitled.
